Residential Pest Control in Chino Hills
Tiger Termite Control provides residential pest-control services in Chino Hills and surrounding Southern California communities. We offer one-time treatments for current pest problems and quarterly service to help manage recurring activity.
Our family-owned company has served local homeowners since 1997. We do not require long-term pest-control contracts, and quarterly service may be cancelled at any time.
Pests Covered by Our General Pest-Control Service
Our standard residential pest-control service commonly covers:
- Ants
- Spiders
- Crickets
- Earwigs
- Silverfish
- Centipedes and millipedes
- American cockroaches
- Wasps and hornets
Coverage depends on the pest, location, and conditions found at the property. Some pests require a separate inspection, treatment plan, or specialized service.
One-Time Pest-Control Service
A one-time service may be appropriate when you have a specific pest problem and do not need continuing maintenance.
Before treatment, we identify the target pest and inspect the areas where activity has been reported. Treatment is then directed toward the pest and conditions found at the property.
Because pest problems vary, we will explain what is included and any applicable service warranty before work begins.
Quarterly Pest-Control Service
Quarterly service is intended for homeowners who want continuing management of common household pests.
The initial service addresses current activity and establishes the treatment area. Follow-up services are then performed approximately every three months to help manage new pest activity around the property.
There is no long-term contract. Customers may cancel quarterly service at any time. If service is cancelled and restarted later, the initial service fee may apply again.
What to Expect During Service
Depending on the pest and conditions found, service may include:
- Inspection of reported pest activity
- Treatment around the exterior perimeter
- Treatment of accessible cracks, crevices, and pest harborage areas
- Removal of accessible spider webs
- Treatment around doors, windows, and common entry points
- Recommendations for reducing food, water, shelter, and entry conditions
Interior treatment may be performed when appropriate and arranged in advance. Keep children and pets away from treated areas as directed by the technician and product label.
Why Pest Identification Matters
Different pests require different control methods. Ant bait that works for one species may not work for another, and cockroaches that live outdoors are managed differently from species that reproduce inside homes.
Correct identification helps us choose an appropriate treatment and avoid unnecessary pesticide applications.
What Homeowners Can Do Between Services
Pest control works best when treatment is combined with basic prevention:
- Seal openings around doors, windows, pipes, and utility lines.
- Repair damaged screens and install properly fitting door sweeps.
- Fix plumbing and irrigation leaks.
- Keep food and pet food in sealed containers.
- Clean spills and crumbs promptly.
- Keep trash containers closed.
- Trim plants away from the structure.
- Remove unnecessary debris and hiding places near the home.
These measures can reduce the food, moisture, shelter, and entry points that attract pests.
Services Requiring a Separate Evaluation
Termites, rodents, fleas, mosquitoes, gophers, and certain other pests are not automatically included in standard general pest-control service. These problems may require a separate inspection, preparation instructions, treatment method, and price.
When you call, let us know what you are seeing and where you are finding it. Photographs or a saved specimen may help us identify the pest.
