Inspection first
We start in the attic, sub-area, garage and roof line, following droppings, rub marks and runways back to the entry points.

Exterior entry sealing
Rats fit through a gap the size of a quarter. Sealing those openings with durable materials is what makes the fix permanent.

Trapping & monitoring
Once the structure is sealed, we set and service traps until activity stops, checking progress on scheduled return visits.

Common Questions
Do you use poison bait?
We prefer trapping and exclusion. Bait can leave rodents dying inside walls, and we avoid that wherever possible.
How long does it take to clear an infestation?
Most homes are clear within two to four weeks of sealing and trapping, depending on how established the population is.
