Localized spot treatments
When activity is confined to specific areas, we treat those areas directly. You stay in your home and the cost is a fraction of a fumigation.

Vikane tent fumigation
For widespread drywood infestations, whole-structure fumigation reaches every gallery in the wood — the only method that treats an entire structure at once.

We walk you through preparation before the crew arrives, so there are no surprises on tenting day.
- Bag or remove food, medicine and pet items
- Remove people, pets and plants from the structure
- Water the perimeter soil and landscaping
- Arrange keys and lock-boxes with our office

Common Questions
Do I have to fumigate?
Not always. Many homes we inspect only need a localized treatment. We'll tell you honestly which one your situation calls for.
How long will we be out of the house?
Most fumigations require two nights away, occasionally three depending on the structure and the schedule.
Is anything left behind in the house?
No. Vikane is a gas that fully aerates out of the structure, and we clearance test before anyone re-enters.
