A. All structures fumigated for the eradication of drywood termites or wood-boring beetles shall be warrantied against failure for a period of (3) three years.
B. If in the opinion of Tiger Termite, the evidence is determined to be inconclusive or there appears to be no live activity, Tiger Termite may (1) provide a written explanation of findings and indicate that no signs of live activity and thus no action is necessary, (2) agree to extend the warranty, and/or (3) monitor the property to get a more accurate picture of what further action may be necessary.
C. If re-fumigation is determined to be the best course of action, Tiger Termite shall not be responsible for travel, accommodations, or any other costs incurred by the occupant.
D. Due to the potential for re-infestation, there is no warranty, neither expressed nor implied, for the fumigation of occasional invaders of bed bugs.
E. Due to the inability to confirm, mark, or track those items that have been treated, there is no warranty, neither expressed nor implied, for fumigation of loose commodity products such as wood flooring or furniture, or those items that are fumigated in the chamber.
